Construction of Ash Pond Stage-II and associated infrastructure for the 1 × 700 MW Unit-III expansion at Bellary Thermal Power Station including large-scale earthworks, ash disposal infrastructure, stilling ponds, and development of a peripheral road network.

Construction of underpasses at Kuvempu Circle and BEL Circle on Outer Ring Road to improve traffic flow at two of the busiest intersections on NH-7 and NH-4.

Construction of a 2 × 3 lane flyover along Outer Ring Road at Doddanekundi Junction to address traffic congestion from IT corridor movements.

Development of signal-free corridor including unidirectional underpass, road widening, footpaths, drainage systems, and traffic management infrastructure.

Construction of 5+5 lane forecourt roads (1.20 km) and associated infrastructure as part of the Main Access Road expansion and terminal connectivity enhancement program.

Construction of unidirectional underpass along ORR, widening of existing flyover, and development of new flyover and traffic loops to improve connectivity to airport and reduce congestion.

Construction of grade separator at Hunsur Road and ORR Junction, recognized as Mysuru's first flyover, improving traffic flow and reducing congestion for regional connectivity.

Augmentation of Intermediate Overhauling maintenance facilities including construction of modern maintenance shed, pit lines, track infrastructure, crane systems, and associated utility works.

Construction and widening of approximately 2 km each, including road expansion, pavement works, drainage systems, and associated airport infrastructure for critical airport connectivity improvement.

Design and construction of flyover connecting Nagawara and Veerannapalya flyovers on ORR with dedicated entry and exit ramps to benefit nearly one lakh employees at the tech park.

Comprehensive redevelopment and modernization of one of India's premier railway heritage museums with infrastructure upgrades, restoration works, landscaping, and visitor amenities attracting up to 4,000 visitors on peak days.

Construction of flyover at ORR Nagawara–Thanisandra road intersection to address increasing traffic congestion in rapidly developing North Bengaluru.

Construction of internal roads and allied infrastructure works for Phase-I premium residential township including road infrastructure, utility corridors, retaining walls, box culverts, and drainage systems.

Comprehensive augmentation involving construction of industrial sheds, maintenance infrastructure, track works, administrative buildings, electrification systems, and heavy-duty mechanical equipment to enhance coach overhauling capacity from 70-80 to modern LHB standards.

Construction of India's first centralized air-conditioned railway terminal including CC aprons, platform shelters, subway extensions, landscaping, and modern passenger amenities supporting operations of up to 50 trains per day.

Construction of a 6-lane South Secondary Access Road (SAR) providing alternate access to Terminal 1 of Kempegowda International Airport. Improved accessibility to Terminal 1 through an alternate access route. Reduced traffic congestion on existing airport approach roads.
