Graduate Engineer Program

Our Graduate Engineer Program is designed to provide young engineers with hands-on exposure to complex, real-world projects from day one. Under the mentorship of our experienced technical leadership, graduates rapidly develop the competencies to lead projects independently.

Graduates are placed across project sites and head offices, gaining practical experience in site supervision, design coordination, project planning, and client management.
