Procurement and construction of remote car parking facility at Kempegowda International Airport

We have executed the work as prime contractor and as per client requirement. In this project we have executed Road work, median, footpath, utility corridor and Building works.

Key Items Delivered:

• We have executed flexible pavement and parking area of approximate 36,000 Sqm.
• Cafeteria building consists of approximate area of 300Sqm RCC building, with provision of dining area of capacity 100pax with adequate kitchen facility & a large open to sky service yard.
• A dedicated space of about 225 Sqm has been allocated for rest area for drivers using the facility building. 30 Nos of fixed RCC benches have been provided with sufficient circulation space. This rest area is located adjacent to services like common drinking water facility and separate toilet facility for male and female.
• Car washing facility of approximate area of 210 Sqm is provided for car cleaning which will serve for 10 cars at any given instance.
• 4 No’s Offices for App based taxi operators are proposed on Terrace floor within the facility building which is easily accessible and can be used for controlling Taxi at Parking area.
• Police Security cabin has been provided for vigilance purpose on Terrace floor.
• Ground floor of Building is designed for easy accessibility of differently abled people.
